Let it Snow!

So, this year I'm spending some time back in Cleveland after three years in Washington, D.C. While the nation's capitol gets comparably little snow over the year, the entire city and federal government shuts down with even the mention of snow. In Cleveland, however, we've already had 3 major snow storms (with over 6 inches with each one) and the city just keeps on going. Things don't shut down as often as they did in D.C. Within a couple hours the major roads are cleaned and salted. All this makes the winter much more enjoyable in Cleveland than in D.C.
